During the small gaps of free-time in my semi-nomadic life these past few weeks, I've been working on a book that summarizes my thinking and experience with complexity theory, new leadership and adaptive teams. The book is very accessible, short, pocket size, and available online from Cafe Press at the Ingenuity Arts Curio Shop online. A wonderful and challenging compilation of thoughts and ideas! Love it. I like the idea about adding images. It would add another dimension. I also really like some of little anecdotes and personal references. It helps with depth. In fact, I'd like even more of that but maybe I'm just corny that way...
I heard that ur amazingly skilled daughter was designing the cover. That is great. I can not wait to read it since apparently i am in it... or so u said...
